If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, send it back for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you receive it. Returns must be in pristine condition, accompanied by the packing slip. S&P charges are non-refundable unless you are exchange for another size. We are happy to pay for to exchange a shoe size for you. You can email returns@tlinsshoes.com. Holiday returns must be returned by the first Friday in January. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift card.

Please note, the cost to ship an item for return is the customer’s responsibility for an exchange contact returns@tlinsaspen.com to receive a shipping label for no charge to the customer. If the item is an exchange, Tlin’s Shoes will ship the exchanged item (s) to the customer via standard 5-7 days shipping without any charge to the customer.
Sale Returns
Sale merchandise is returnable within the 14 days of purchase. A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Promotional discount are returnable within the 14 days of the purchase was made on the item.
Gift Return
When a gift is returned, a Tlin’s Shoes gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise gift card can be used for purchases from Tlin’s Shoes store. We are unable to honor gift card purchases online. If you would like to use your gift card for an item you have viewed on our website, please call Tlin’s Shoes 970.429.4756. We can help you with a phone order.
