Yes, we are happy to host a private event for you and your friends.
We can have something in the store but not during operational hours or we can host something at your house. please contact tara@tlinsaspen.com.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee it will be available when you are ready to make your purchase.

A promotion code can be added to the appropriate field at the bottom of “Cart Totals” during checkout.

Item quantities are limited and are removed from the site when they are no longer available for purchase. You can call the store for a special order on some items. You may contact the store at shop@tlinsaspen.com or the store at 970.429.4756 Please not with a special order purchase the item is a final sale.

A pre-order allows you to reserve merchandise before it is available for shipment.

Sizing may vary by designer. Please see our Size Guide Assistance Page. You can also call the store and we are happy to try on the item and guide you through the shopping process.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.

Registered Customers can track their online order under their account options. Registered Customers and Guests will also receive an email with tracking info once the order is processed for shipping.

Returned merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Customers can return merchandise for a full refund on regular priced items within 14 days. Final sale on sales merchandise, Shoes have to be returned in original box and no sign of wear. Please try on shoes on carpet or on clean surface.
