Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee it will be available when you are ready to make your purchase.

A promotion code can be added to the appropriate field at the bottom of "Cart Totals” during checkout.
I saw an item on the website, and now it has disappeared. Why?
Item quantities are limited and are removed from the site when they are no longer available for purchase. You can call the store for a special order on some items. You may contact the store at firstname.lastname@example.org or the store at 970.429.4756 Please not with a special order purchase the item is a final sale.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve merchandise before it is available for shipment.
How do I know if shoe is true to size?
Sizing may vary by designer. Please see our Size Guide Assistance Page. You can also call the store and we are happy to try on the item and guide you through the shopping process.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click on the Manage Your Email Preferences link at the bottom of any email communication sent by us. Choose Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page that opens.

Select wishlist on front page and when ready to send to family and friends, select “Share on".
What is the cut-off time for express delivery?
We are happy to express a package to you if you call the store no later than 3:00pm MST.

Tlin’s Shoes Aspen accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
How do I track my order?
Registered Customers can track their online order under their account options. Registered Customers and Guests will also receive an email with tracking info once the order is processed for shipping.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Please view our Returns & Exchanges policy. Returned merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Customers can return merchandise for a full refund on regular priced items within 14 days. Final sale on sales merchandise, Shoes have to be returned in original box and no sign of wear. Please try on shoes on carpet or on clean surface.
